5. Course Enrollment and Payments
Enrolment in any of the courses offered by LightChaser Photography Academy requires full payment of the specified course fee prior to commencement, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Payment can be made via secure online payment gateways, direct bank transfer or any other method as indicated on the website. All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable.
LightChaser Photography Academy reserves the right to modify course fees and payment terms at any time. Any changes will be clearly displayed on the website prior to their implementation and will not affect existing enrollments.
6. Course Cancellation and Refunds
Students may cancel their enrollment up to 14 days prior to the course start date and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date may be subject to an administrative fee of 10% of the course fee.
No refunds will be issued once a course has commenced. However, students may request to transfer their enrollment to a future course offering, subject to availability and an administrative fee of 5% of the course fee.
LightChaser Photography Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or insufficient enrollment numbers. In the event of a course cancellation by LightChaser Photography Academy, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to another course.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

9. Amendments
